- Apply the product at full strength

- Upon documentation of acceptable fiber count levels and the determination of the proper rate of spray for your specific removal project, Core Wetting Agent can be diluted with 50 parts water to 1 part Core Wetting Agent
- Viability of this procedure must be confirmed by air monitoring results for each individual job site
